Spring Empowerment Conference

Girls Inc. of Long Island’s annual Spring Empowerment Conference is a powerful day of bonding, learning, and self-exploration for girls in grades 6–12. The event features inspiring interactive workshops, creative activities, and career speed mentoring with female leaders from diverse industries.
Throughout the day, girls engage in hands-on sessions that build confidence, leadership skills, and real-world awareness. They explore what it means to be Strong (healthy), Smart (educated), and Bold (independent)—gaining practical strategies to navigate challenges and pursue their goals with courage and purpose.
