Workshops

Our interactive workshops equip girls in grades 5–12 with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers and reach their full potential. Workshops are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and designed in collaboration with your school or organization.

Workshops address the following topics and can be tailored to your specific needs:

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS®
Girls build the knowledge and confidence to form healthy relationships with themselves, peers, and trusted adults. Topics include boundaries, communication, respect, and recognizing toxic relationships.

MIND+BODY®
Girls develop the skills and attitudes needed to be in charge of their bodies and maintain a healthy, positive sense of self. Sessions may include body image, nutrition, and/or stress management.

MEDIA LITERACY®
Girls explore the influence and power of media, including social media. Topics include digital identity, cyberbullying, and developing critical thinking skills around media messages.

FRIENDLY PEERSUASION®
Girls strengthen their ability to resist peer pressure related to harmful substances such as drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and household chemicals, while building strong communication and decision-making skills.
